Home and Family

I am very happily married to dorwrath and enjoy spending as much time as possible with him. He is from England and I have been there three times so far. We have two children, Jeremy (4) and Anakin (3). We are in the process of adopting them. We keep a separate adoption journal, ourdreamcometru, but I often mention any and all news here at my personal journal as well.

I'm a greenie-weenie, tree-hugging hippie who loves the gays. That sentence pretty much covers the only political issues I feel strongly about and I won't debate them with you ... no matter what.

This journal is my make-believe world and it is all things good and peaceful here. Attempt to f*** it up and I will simply ban and ignore you.

Slashy Fangirl

I am a major fangirl and can't even begin to name all the celebrities and fictional characters that I love.

I adore fan fiction, particularly slashy fanfiction. What is fan fiction, you say? Well, well, well. Allow me to convert you explain ...

Simply put, it is fiction, written by fans, based on characters from books, movies, television shows, etc (FPS) or on actors, musicians, etc (RPS). Often ... and always my favourite ... written in pairs of the same sex ... which is called slash fan fiction (male/male) or femslash (female/female).
